About this course
Independent Diving is SSI's self-reliant program for experienced divers who want to dive safely and confidently without a dedicated buddy. It builds the self-sufficiency to plan your own dive, carry and rely on redundant gas and equipment, and solve problems on your own.
The course covers independent dive planning, redundant gas supplies, self-rescue and problem management. It is demanding by design and reserved for divers with solid experience.
